Boy's older brother charged in fatal shooting

The older brother of an 8-year-old boy fatally shot when a gun accidentally discharged Tuesday night at their Dolton home has been charged with felony child endangerment.Brandon Upshaw, 22, was charged Thursday and is expected to be in court Friday, Cook County State's Attorney's office spokeswoman Sally Daly said.Police could not elaborate on Upshaw's role in the shooting.Police received ......
